What You’ll Do

  • Design, evaluate, and optimize EnEarthia’s ResStor™ thermal energy storage and cooling systems for industrial and data center applications. You will work on subsurface thermal modeling, energy system integration, heat transfer analysis, and performance optimization to improve cooling efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geothermal scientists, reservoir engineers, data scientists, and infrastructure specialists to develop scalable clean-energy solutions. This role is best suited for candidates currently pursuing a PhD or holding a PhD in Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geothermal Engineering, or a related field.
  • Conduct technical assessments, analyze system performance, support research and development activities, and contribute to innovative methodologies for sustainable cooling and thermal energy storage. Your work will directly support next-generation low-carbon infrastructure and energy transition initiatives.
  • You will also conduct performance assessments, develop advanced methodologies for thermal energy management, and support research initiatives related to subsurface energy storage systems. Candidates should be pursuing or hold a PhD in Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geothermal Engineering, or a related discipline. Your work will directly contribute to reducing carbon emissions and advancing sustainable energy infrastructure.

Who You Are

You are currently pursuing or have completed a PhD in Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geothermal Engineering, or a related discipline. You have a strong analytical background and a passion for clean energy technologies, thermal systems, and sustainable infrastructure. Experience with energy modeling, heat transfer, geothermal systems, or subsurface thermal storage is highly valued.

You thrive in collaborative and research-driven environments and are comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and project coordination skills will help you contribute to innovative energy storage and cooling solutions designed for next-generation sustainable infrastructure.
